Palguard and Creative Menu on the server
Both are .pak mods: install through the panel like any other mod, back up first and tell the group. Creative Menu needs the same file on every PC that joins.

Palguard and Creative Menu are third-party mods, not native game features. On a RoxyCloud host you install them like any .pak: backup, upload in Files, restart in Power. Players need the same files on their PC.
What each mod does
- Palguard: anti-cheat focus and admin tools for dedicated servers. Helps moderate a public room.
- Creative Menu: opens a spawn and items menu in creative style. Widely used on build or test servers.
Always download the version that matches the current Palworld build. After a game update, check if a new .pak came out for the mod.
Back up before installing
- In the Console, with the server running, run Save.
- Stop the server in Power.
- In Files, download the vale-cattiva saves folder.
- If you already have mods, copy the current .pak folder too.
Install on the server
The flow matches the mods and .PAK files guide. Summary:
- With Power off, open Files.
- Go to the Palworld mods folder (where .pak files live).
- Upload the Palguard and/or Creative Menu .pak file.
- Save, start in Power and read the Console for version errors.
Install on each player's PC
Creative Menu only shows up if the player copies the .pak to the local Palworld mods folder. Palguard on the server helps with moderation, but in-game admins still use /AdminPassword and commands from the admin guide.
- Each member downloads the same .pak that is on the host.
- Put it in the Palworld mods folder on Steam.
- Open the game, check the version and join the vale-cattiva IP.
If nina.pal joins without the mod, the game may refuse the connection or kick for file mismatch.
Native admin + mods
Set AdminPassword in PalWorldSettings.ini (example orvalho-2026). Use ShowPlayers in the Console to grab PlayerUID for Xbox players. Palguard complements, it does not replace a manual save before a big test.

Stop in Power, upload .pak files to Mods or Paks through Files, restart, and ask everyone to install the same pack. Back up the save first. UseUObjectArrayCache helps FPS in some cases.

Admin commands on a Palworld server
In game chat use /AdminPassword, then /ShowPlayers, /KickPlayer and /BanPlayer. In the RoxyCloud panel Console the same commands go without a slash.

FPS and server load on Palworld
Fewer players online, fewer bases and watch heavy mods. On the Cattiva plan tune PalWorldSettings.ini and, if the pack asks for it, UseUObjectArrayCache=False in Engine.ini.

Backup and save swap on Palworld
Stop the server, download Pal/Saved/SaveGames through Files, keep the zip, then upload another save. Name the world carefully and never overwrite without backup.
